Friable asbestos removal from a textured ceiling using a cut and drop method. The area was fully enclosed and sealed prior to removal, with all work carried out under licensed procedures. The ceiling was safely brought down, bagged, and disposed of compliantly — leaving the structure clear and ready for the next stage.
